I am a Physics Honours student at RMIT in 2026, studying quantum computing, quantum many body physics, and machine learning.

For my Honours project, I am researching quantum neural networks, with a focus on implementing a quantum reservoir computer based on the quantum transverse Ising model. Reservoir computing is a computational framework based on recurrent neural networks, conceptually inspired by the biological neural networks of the human brain. Quantum Reservoir Computing shows promising potential to improve temporal data processing for weather prediction, machine learning, stock price forecasting, and medical applications.

My experience working in the water treatment industry and conducting R&D on water treatment computers highlighted the limitations of current computing technologies. This led me to pursue research in quantum computing and artificial intelligence as areas of potential improvement.
